The Boise Employment Center is looking for more missionaries! Those who can help can be young or retired, service missionaries, single adults or couples, and they could help one, two or three days a week from 10am to 3pm (Tue-Thurs). Please stop by during those hours or contact Sister Tanner, the Employment Center Manager, at 208-994-3187 or email her at tannerjr@churchofjesuschrist.org for more information
The English Language Center helps refugees learn English. They recently started a new program, the Youth Education Support (YES) program, which is seeking dedicated volunteers to help care for and support children from refugee families. The children are building English skills while also gaining confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging in their new community while their parents attend English classes.
Volunteers serve in a supporting role alongside program staff and teachers, helping create a safe, structured, and welcoming environment. You will assist with activities, help supervise children, and provide encouragement as teachers lead lessons and instruction. This may include helping children follow directions, stay engaged, and participate in group activities, games, and conversation practice.
Choose one 2-hour shift weekly:
Monday–Thursday | 10 a.m.-noon, 12:45-2:45 p.m., or 5:30-7:30 p.m.
Commit for one month, three months, or longer. Fingerprinting, a background check, and child-abuse prevention training are required.

The FamilySearch Center is looking for anyone who would like to serve as a staff worker. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn how to do family history research and use the equipment to preserve your family memories. And, it's a joyful experience to serve those who come to the center seeking help for their family history efforts. No prior experience is required to serve in the center. You will be trained and given time to learn. If you would like to know more about this opportunity, please contact Brian Bird, Gene and Camille Roylance, or Janeen Lish.
